Welcome to Service1. By accessing our website at service1.app or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Service1 provides an all-in-one business management platform for home service companies. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Scheduling and dispatch
• Invoicing and payment collection
• Real-time profit and loss reporting
• Document sending and digital signatures
• Team communication and customer calling
• Digital advertising campaign management

2. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of access to the platform. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in any applicable guarantee.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and keep it up to date
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Maintain sufficient staffing and capacity to handle business generated through the platform
• Respond to leads and customer communications in a timely manner

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data, including customer records, financial data, documents, and communications stored on our platform. If our engagement ends, your data remains yours and we will provide reasonable assistance to export it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service1 platform, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business operations during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our platform.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement, including performance data, business financials, and strategic plans. This obligation survives termination of our agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be discontinued at the end of the billing period
• You retain ownership of all your business data
• Outstanding fees for services rendered through the termination date remain due
• We will provide a reasonable period to export your data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
